Norma passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, in her 84th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Raymond Baillargeon, her son Guy, and sister Jeannette Smith. Dear and loving mother of Denise Babcock (Marty), Annette Parker (Brian), Michele Shaver (John) and Cheryl Gallant (Mark). Sadly missed by her 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Survived by her brothers Leroy and David Hiltz, and sisters Dolores Roberts, Loretta Rennie and Shirley St. Gelais. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families. “Our Mother’s love will never be forgotten, a Mother is forever”.

 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at St. Alban’s Anglican Church, 67 Main St., Odessa on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 2:30 pm. A private family Interment will be held at a later date. For those desiring, memorial donations to the Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
