Passed away peacefully at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital following a lengthy illness on Monday, April 10, 2023, in his 77th year. Survived by his loving wife and best friend Jo Hicks (nee Deevey). Dear brother of Wayne Hicks and Tony Hicks (Linda) and chosen father of James Welch (Donna), Iris Berry and David Berry. Remembered by Daniel and Thomas Berry, sister-in-law Carol Anne Coleman, several nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by his infant son Jason David Hicks, and parents Joan and Jay Hicks.

 

Cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service will be held at Moscow Cemetery on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 11 am. For those desiring, memorial donations to Morningstar Mission or the Napanee Standard Wesleyan Church would be appreciated by the family.
