Edmund passed away peacefully at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at the age of 92. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (née Chable) for 72 years. Dear father of Janis Easton and Bruce Hein (Jane). Cherished grandfather of Mathew, Trevor and Garrett. Son of the late August and Olga Hein. Edmund is predeceased by his brothers Max and Ervin. He is survived by his brother Ben and sisters Marianne and Agnes. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families.

 

Cremation has taken place. Interment will be held at Chapel Lawn Cemetery in Winnipeg at a later date. For those desiring, memorial donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
