Passed away peacefully at Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital on Sunday, November 3, 2024, in his 85th year. Deeply missed by his loving wife Sharon (née Sagriff), his children April (Ed), Tony and Janet (Jim), grandchildren Andre, Wyatt, Lyle, Bradley, Amanda, Kyle, Caleb and Zoye. Survived by his sister Marilyn Rooney and remembered by many nieces and nephews. Leo was predeceased by his parents Ashley and Mary Godfrey, and by fifteen brothers and sisters. We want Leo to be remembered for his outgoing and jovial personality that was always present prior to his dementia diagnosis.

 

Cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service will be held at Wilton Cemetery on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 11 am. For those desiring, memorial donations to Wilton Cemetery would be appreciated.
