After a lengthy illness, Marjorie passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, in her 78th year. She is survived by her beloved husband Lyall Rankin of 58 years. Loving mother of Angela Peters (John) and Cindy Asselstine (Rob). Cherished grandmother of Brianne (Kurtis), Jori (Nolan), Brayden (Jackie), Dylan (Chelsea) and Wyatt (Chelsea) and great grandmother of Jax, Liam and Hailey. Dear sister of Roger (Regina), Randy (Lynn) and Franklin (Marijane) and remembered by Jim McFarlane (late Ruth), Gordon McFarlane (Anne), Delina McFarlane (late Gerald) and John McFarlane. Predeceased by her parents Lynne and Delma Perry. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and their families.

 

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0 (613-386-7373). Memorial donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
