I was very saddened to hear of Joyce’s passing. I worked with her years ago when she was a PSW with ‘Allcare’. She was a true professional who always went above and beyond for all of her clients who loved her. She was an angel in the lives of those who knew her. I will always have fond memories of Joyce. My condolences to her family.

My two young daughters and I flew from Scotland to visit Darlene and her family in 2004. Good friends from different parts of the US joined us too. It was a very special time. When I met Joyce, I found her to be a lovely "lady" in the true sense of the word. She was very kind to me and my two girls, making us so warmly welcome. I'm truly saddened to hear of her passing, but so glad to have met her - and grateful that she brought the beautiful soul, Darlene, into this world. My heart goes out to Darlene, Tom, Bob, Courtney, Miranda and Anthony. Love to all of you, Linda Low and family xxx

Well Joyce, the time has come, we have to say good bye, life will be so different now, no more coffee visits we looked forward to each week, life is OH…so fleeting, just a thin line between Heaven and Earth…we walk that thin line every day,…Now my dear Niece , you are resting in ‘The Master’s Arms’, He will hold you close until we meet again…God only knows how much I will miss you every day….Love you forever….Aunt Gayle..

So very saddened this morning to read of Joyce's passing. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know her. She was a lifelong friend to my late parents, Jim and Shirley and long after I had grown up and moved away, whenever I would run into her somewhere, such as Costco, or Tim Hortons she would always take the time to stop and chat with me, share a laugh or two and ask me how I was doing and what was going on in my life. She always delighted in telling me about her family, especially her Grandchilden whom I know she was so very proud of. She lit up when she would speak of them. Bob, Darlene and family, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I know in my heart that once your tears of sadness have dried, they will be replaced with happy tears for all of the wonderful years you had together and memories you have of each other. Rest easy Joyce, Odessa won't be the same without you. Hugs to you all Ruth Wilkinson (Howland)
