Hilda was a mentor to me when I started as a new pulic health nurse, many years ago..She was a gentle, compassionate nurse who always put the needs of her clients first. No doubt, she made a positive impact on the many children and families she cared for in her community. Sending sincere sympathy to her family at thie sad time.

We are so sorry for your loss of such a wonderful lady. I worked many years with Hilda at KFLA PH, where she was a much loved PHN and also a friend to many. Visits to her home, cottage at Horseshoe Lake and even at my parent's home for berry picking and just good down home country visits were always thoroughly enjoyed. Hugs and prayers to the family for many wonderful memories.
