Dear Paddy and family my deepest sympathies in the loss of your dear Dave. So many memories of this mischievous and fun loving man come to mind. I was fortunate to have been in the Queen Victoria school office when Dave was Principal. He so enjoyed educating children and staff on being your best whatever that was at the time. To try and keep a straight face as he read morning announcements was never easy. The ultimate was his trip to Toronto to pick up surplus McDonalds restaurant tables for a breakfast club in the basement of the school. Don’t think that wasn’t a highlight of QVS students. His dedication to his profession always with a smile and sense of humour was above and beyond. However it paled in comparison to the dedication and love he held for Paddy and his sons. Oh Dave you’re a shining star to so many. From here on earth or from above you will always shine brightly. Sincerely Karen Coxwell
