Passed away peacefully at the Helen Henderson Retirement Home in Amherstview on Friday, December 27, 2024 at the age of 88, after a long battle with cancer. Predeceased by his beloved wife Sylvia (née Kilminster) and granddaughter Dana. Deeply missed by his loving daughter Deborah Roberts, his best friend Ann Davison, his grand-daughter Catrina (Billy), and great grand-daughter Quinn. Dear brother of Hazel Gibbons (Bill, late Phillip) and the late Beryl MacDonald (late George). Remembered by his nieces and nephews. Survived by David Roberts (Mary), Tiffany and Tyler. Gordon was an aspiring musician, he enjoyed many jam sessions and will be missed by many. If you are musically inclined, please feel free to bring your favourite instrument to the visitation and play a tune, or two for dad. The family would like to thank all of the Doctors, nurses and caregivers on Kidd 6 at KGH and Helen Henderson.

The family will receive friends at Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa on Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 2-5pm. For those desiring, memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society, Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre, or the Kingston Humane Society would be appreciated.
