Obituary of Donald Earl Hartman

Following a lengthy illness, Don passed away peacefully at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital on Thursday, July 24, 2025, in his 67^th year. Loving husband of Linda (née Hodgson) and proud father of Loretta Vandermeer (Pat). Sadly missed by his grandchildren Conner (Annah) and Kyler. Dear brother of Raymond Hartman (Tammy) and Glenda Babcock (Brian), brother-in-law of Darlene (Len), Bonnie (Larry), Karen (Eric), Ralph (Enid) and Phillip (Linda). Also fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families, and by caring friends Christina, Jessie and Mike.

The family will receive friends at Payne Funeral Home in Odessa on Monday, July 28, 2025 from 6 – 8 pm. As per Don’s request, there will be no Service. The family would like to send special thanks to all of the Personal Support Workers, Nurses and Doctors that cared compassionately for Don throughout the year.
