It is with tremendous sadness that the family of Bonita Gail “Bonnie” Bird announce her passing at Providence Care Hospital on Thursday, November 14, 2024 following a brief illness, at age 81. Loving wife of the late Donald Bird. Deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her son David “Birdy” Bird, daughter-in-law Gwenie, and Dee. Dear sister of Linda O’Sullivan, Ronald Cordukes (Pat), the late Dianne Provost (Andre) and Joanne Lillis (late Ron). Sister-in-law of Barb Darling, aunt of Michelle (Chuck), Lisa (Joel), Jodi, Jean Guy, Michael and Vanessa, and cherished friend of Cathie Boulton. Bonnie is predeceased by her parents Doris and Jack Cordukes. She will be missed by many.

A Graveside Service will be held at Sandhill Cemetery (4448 Battersea Road) on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 11 am. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Storrington Lions Club Hall (2992 Princess Road) from 1–4 pm. For those desiring, memorial donations to Ken Garrett Memorial Park in Inverary for the Youth Activities Group would be appreciated.
