Passed away peacefully at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital following a lengthy illness on Monday, April 10, 2023, in his 77th year. Survived by his loving wife and best friend Jo Hicks (nee Deevey). Dear brother of Wayne Hicks and Tony Hicks (Linda) and chosen father of James Welch (Donna), Iris Berry and David Berry. Remembered by Daniel and Thomas Berry, sister-in-law Carol Anne Coleman, several nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by his infant son Jason David Hicks, and parents Joan and Jay Hicks.

 

Cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service will be held at Moscow Cemetery on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 11 am. For those desiring, memorial donations to Morningstar Mission or the Napanee Standard Wesleyan Church would be appreciated by the family. Q: How did you meet Frank? A: Both my husband and I first met Frank at our Camden Pentacostal Church in Enterprise in 2006. We hired Frank to video tape our wedding. Frank then transferred video to cd. Beautiful job! Frank was also a long time resident of Yarker in Colebrook. Frank was very recognizable in his red van with trailer attached hauling around his grounds keeping equipment. Will certainly miss seeing Frank out and about. He was a very busy guy. Now Frank, you can rest in peace. Your work is done. Thank you for the memories.

Sorry to hear about Frank passing away. He was always helpful in the church we attended. He was such a hard worker and I’m sure he’ll have lots of jobs in heaven.
