Elsie passed away peacefully at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Monday, January 23, 2024, in her 90th year. Dear and loving mother of Leonard Miller (Darlene) and Janice Fellows (Cecil). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great grandchildren, her sister Nellie Westlake (Wayne) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Arnold and Myrtle Peters, her sisters Laura, Betty and Ruth and brothers James, Albert, Bert, Bruce and Gary.

Cremation has taken place, no services are planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Payne Funeral Home in Odessa. Please share your memories and condolences to the family.
